Im a newbie, please bear with me.. i want to do a live streaming for a certain event for a bicycle event race. just want to get some idea from you guys here, it'l be around a kilometer radius and i want to do the streaming, what would you suggest.. an ip camera or a regular camcoder? then..want to publish it on justine tv or whatever.



ps:im not using it for profit purpose.
