I am using Windows 2003 Media Server. It is working correctly. we are giving internet connection 128kbps speed. In that streaming server will taking buffering. How to maintain two separate speeds for client. Media server will take 3Mbps but net connection is 128kbps. Mikrotik will block the Streaming download.

We did not understand what we have to do.....
