Hi guys stumbled upon this on a p2p streaming forum its called rtmpGUI and made by a super moderator over there called advisethis. His made it open source and you can take a look and download it here - https://github.com/advisethis/rtmpGUI
It uses rtmpdump and vlc to view streams live. :)
